About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Writer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work with experienced mentors to create and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll develop ad copy, conduct performance analysis, manage campaign strategies, and collaborate with clients to drive measurable results. This is a fully remote position with comprehensive training provided for all entry-level applicants.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Help build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns, display ads, remarketing, and video content.
Execute campaign buildouts including keyword research, ad copy creation, and account organization.
Manage negative keyword strategy, bidding tactics, and audience segmentation.
Work with eCommerce campaigns using standard platforms and product feeds.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance using industry-standard analytics tools.
Perform regular budget reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve performance metrics.
Conduct testing and refine strategies based on data insights.
Client Communication
Participate in regular team calls and communications with clients.
Present reports and analysis in a clear, professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to support client goals.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training in all systems and processes. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs is helpful but not essential.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
