Roles: Customer Support Representative

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Seasonal, Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week)

Location: Open to applicants worldwide (fully remote)

Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full paid training.

About the Role

We’re hiring Customer Support Representatives to join our team during our busy season. You’ll help customers through email, phone, and live chat, answering questions, troubleshooting common issues, and making sure they receive timely, helpful responses.

This is a great fit for someone who communicates clearly, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment. No prior customer support experience is necessary—we’ll train you on everything you need to know.

Important note on scheduling: This is a seasonal role with flexible hours. You’ll work approximately 20 hours per week on a rotating schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and overnight hours. Schedules vary week to week based on customer demand, and flexibility outside traditional Monday–Friday business hours is important for this position.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and live chat

• Provide friendly, clear, and efficient support

• Troubleshoot and resolve common customer issues using documented processes and available resources

• Help customers with account questions, redemptions, and other common issues

• Identify when an issue needs additional review and escalate it appropriately

• Categorize and organize customer inquiries accurately

• Monitor support queues and prioritize inquiries

• Switch between email, phone, and chat based on where customer demand is highest

• Share feedback about common customer issues with the wider team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Good judgment and problem-solving ability

• Comfort communicating with customers by phone, email, and chat

• Patience and professionalism with customers

• Ability to learn new systems and follow documented processes

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space suitable for customer calls

• Availability for approximately 20 hours per week for the seasonal period

We’re most interested in candidates who demonstrate excellent communication, reliability, strong judgment, and a genuine willingness to learn. Prior customer support experience is helpful but not required.

Training and Support

You’ll receive paid, comprehensive training before you start handling customer inquiries independently. Training covers products and customer experience, common support scenarios, internal tools and processes, best practices for email, phone, and chat communication, and when and how to escalate complex issues. Ongoing coaching and support will be provided throughout your time with us.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll be successful if you can quickly learn our most common customer questions, resolve them accurately and efficiently, recognize when something needs escalation, and help ensure customers receive meaningful responses promptly. Because this is a seasonal role, we’re particularly looking for people who can learn quickly, be dependable during busy periods, and comfortably move between different support channels as needs change.
