About This Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised individual to join our customer support team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients needing help, working through chat, email, and phone to resolve their questions quickly and professionally. No prior experience needed—we provide full training to get you up to speed.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Learn our systems and tools to help clients find solutions to their problems
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when needed
• Document customer interactions clearly and thoroughly
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand the root cause of issues and suggest solutions
• Manage multiple conversations at once while maintaining quality service

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to stay calm and patient, even during busy periods
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
