About the role: We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused people to join our support team during our busy season. You’ll respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, social media, and text, helping people find solutions and feel valued every time.
What you’ll do:
Answer customer inquiries across multiple channels (calls, emails, chats, texts, and social media) with enthusiasm and genuine care.
Provide expert product knowledge and support, acting as a friendly brand ambassador.
Handle order administration including placing, tracking, modifying orders, and processing returns.
Work through challenging situations calmly, de-escalate frustrated customers, and find positive, timely solutions.
Manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Track patterns in customer contacts to help identify areas for improvement.
Use various business systems to access information, solve problems, and help customers.
Collaborate with other teams to support customers and resolve issues.
Contract length: Temporary full-time seasonal position (approximately 4 months)
Hours: Full time (40 hours per week). You’ll need to be flexible with scheduling between 6am–5pm, Sunday through Friday, with some holiday availability required. Your first two weeks will include full-time virtual training (Monday–Friday).
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience necessary! We provide full training on products and systems.
An associate degree or 1+ years of customer service experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
Comfortable using computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media platforms.
Accurate typing (minimum 60 words per minute), with strong spelling and grammar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You listen well and explain things clearly and concisely.
Able to stay positive and focused in a busy environment, balancing multiple priorities without stress.
Quick learner who can pick up new systems and navigate between them efficiently.
Strong attention to detail while still seeing the bigger picture and how different tasks connect.
Able to think ahead about how decisions affect customers, partners, and team morale.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Genuine empathy and interest in understanding customer needs and building positive relationships.
