As a member of our customer support team, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer interaction is positive and productive. Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with clear and courteous communication
Provide accurate information about products, services, or account details while maintaining professional phone etiquette
Resolve customer complaints and offer solutions that enhance their experience
Enter customer data accurately into systems using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other software platforms
Manage outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback to improve service quality
Process transactions and handle payment information securely while maintaining detailed records
Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and deliver consistent support
Contact new and prospective customers through outbound calling
Identify opportunities to present relevant products and services to customers
Skills and background needed
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly
Comfort with basic computer systems and data entry accuracy
Professional phone communication skills with active listening capabilities
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze situations quickly and offer effective solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Previous customer support experience is valued but not required
Multilingual abilities are a plus
