About the role:
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team and deliver exceptional service to customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for people reaching out with questions, concerns, and support needs. No prior experience is required—we provide full training to get you started.
This is a fully remote role, so you’ll work from home and connect with customers through multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. You’ll help resolve issues, answer inquiries, and build positive relationships with the people you support.
What you’ll do:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information and assist with account questions and updates
• Help customers with policy changes, claims submissions, and billing clarification
• Maintain detailed and organized customer records
• Handle challenging situations with empathy and patience
• Work collaboratively with your team to resolve issues effectively
• Look for ways to improve customer satisfaction and support business growth
Skills/background needed:
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability
• Comfort working in a team environment
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Familiarity with insurance is a plus but not necessary—we’ll train you
