Responsibilities
Engage with clients through chat, email, and outbound calls to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
Use Microsoft Office tools to document interactions, update client records, and generate reports.
Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting issues, and navigating services via phone or digital channels.
Collect and enter accurate data related to client interactions, feedback, and service requests to support continuous improvement.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently by applying problem-solving skills and offering clear, professional communication.
Identify opportunities to support client retention strategies based on client needs and circumstances.
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment in a fast-paced setting.
Skills/background needed: Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus. Experience in customer support or client services is helpful but not required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone. Comfort using Microsoft Office applications and data entry processes. Ability to handle customer service situations with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
