We are seeking Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. You will assist customers in finding solutions and information they need, working from home with flexible scheduling.
In this role, you will be the friendly voice helping customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels. You’ll provide accurate information, guide customers through solutions, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
What You’ll Do:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
• Provide clear, accurate information to address customer questions
• Help customers troubleshoot issues with step-by-step guidance
• Document all interactions accurately in our system
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex issues
• Meet performance standards for response time and call quality
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in every customer interaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies through training
• Follow data security and privacy protocols
• Look for ways to improve our customer service processes

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
