Overview
We’re looking for entry-level chat support agents to join our customer service team. In this role, you’ll assist customers through live chat, helping them with inquiries, answering questions, and providing a friendly, professional experience. No prior experience is required—we provide full training to get you up to speed.
What you’ll be doing:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
• Provide accurate, helpful information to customers
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and concerns
• Communicate clearly in writing and maintain a professional, friendly tone
• Learn about products and services to answer questions effectively
• Handle multiple conversations simultaneously while staying organised
• Escalate complex issues when needed
• Follow guidelines and maintain quality standards
• Document all interactions accurately
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type efficiently and navigate systems at the same time
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable using basic computer tools and the internet
• Desire to help customers in a positive, meaningful way
• Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced situations
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Experience in customer service is a bonus but not required—we’ll train you
Work conditions:
• Fully remote position—work from home
• You’ll need a dedicated, quiet home workspace with a stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)
• Shifts may include evenings and weekends
• Video calls required for interviews and occasional team meetings
• We provide a laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset
• You are responsible for your own internet and phone service costs
