About the role:

We’re looking for a customer-focused support specialist to help veterinary professionals succeed with our software tools. You’ll provide friendly, patient support through live chat, email, and video calls—helping customers troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and get the most out of what we offer.

You’ll work closely with a collaborative team and be trained on everything you need to know. No prior software support experience is required—just a willingness to learn, problem-solve, and help others feel confident using technology.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide fast, empathetic support via live chat, email, phone, and video calls.
  • Help customers troubleshoot technical issues and guide them through solutions with patience and clarity.
  • Answer questions about how to use our platform and features.
  • Prioritize urgent customer needs to make sure they get help quickly.
  • Work with other team members to solve challenging support requests.
  • Keep detailed notes on customer conversations to track issues and follow-ups.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through friendly, professional communication.
  • Continuously learn through training and coaching to grow your skills.
  • Manage your time effectively, juggling multiple customer requests and staying organized.

Skills/background needed:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in veterinary medicine (certification or licensure as a veterinary technician required).
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with customers or in a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with veterinary practice management software (helpful but not essential—we’ll train you).
  • Basic comfort troubleshooting software and equipment issues.
  • Hands-on experience with controlled substance documentation in a veterinary setting.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Patient, positive, and solution-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and take initiative.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable quiet workspace.
  • PC or laptop with video conferencing capability.

What we offer:

  • Full training provided—no prior software support experience needed.
  • Flexible, fully remote work from anywhere with an internet connection.
  • A supportive, mission-driven team environment.
  • Opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career.
  • Monday-Friday schedule with predictable hours.

We are an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
