Chat Support Specialist – Full Time (Entry Level Remote)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive support specialist to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them understand and use our solutions throughout their onboarding. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver guidance and support that meets their specific needs. No prior experience is required—we provide full training to get you started.

What You Will Be Doing:

Client Support: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and expectations. Assist clients over phone, video conference, email, or chat with our software solutions.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.

Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using our systems, providing ongoing support as needed.

Documentation: Develop and maintain clear documentation of implementation processes, client requirements, and project progress to help improve our knowledge base.

Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to product enhancement.

Technical Troubleshooting: Address technical issues that arise, working closely with the technical support team to resolve them efficiently.

Skills/background needed:

No prior experience required. We’re looking for someone with a great personality, who is easy to get along with, and has a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
