Job Summary
The schedule for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service through phone, email, and chat. This is a great entry-level role where you’ll work in a supportive, performance-focused environment and collaborate with team members to solve customer problems quickly and effectively.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and other channels with accurate, timely information
• Listen carefully to customers, identify their needs, and find effective solutions
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the right team member or department, with follow-up to ensure resolution
• Provide support for common issues related to platforms, applications, and systems
• Document all interactions accurately in our customer management system to create a clear record
• Meet quality standards and performance goals, including response times and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude in every interaction
• Work collaboratively with your team, sharing ideas and helping colleagues succeed
• Attend work regularly and reliably
• Follow all company policies and standards
Skills/background needed: High school diploma or equivalent required. Some customer service experience is preferred, but we provide full training. Comfortable using computer systems and basic office software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to stay organised, manage multiple tasks, and stay calm in a busy environment. Detail-oriented and focused on quality. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Friendly interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping customers.
