About the Role:
We’re looking for a compassionate and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team. In this role, you’ll support customers by helping them understand their benefits, resolve issues, and find resources that improve their experience. You’ll be the friendly voice helping customers navigate their options and feel heard.
What You’ll Do:
• Listen actively to customers and understand what they need
• Resolve customer questions and issues efficiently
• Help customers learn about their available options and resources
• Think ahead to solve problems before customers need to ask
• Work with team members across departments to improve service
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions
• Use modern tools and technology to help serve customers better

Skills/background needed:
• Empathy and strong communication skills
• A respectful, kind approach to helping others
• Problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have:
• Previous customer service experience (in contact centers, via phone, chat, or email)
• Any background in healthcare, claims, or benefits
• Experience with Microsoft Office
Technical Requirements:
• High-speed internet (100 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload minimum) with a direct wired ethernet connection
• Willingness to use technology and AI tools as part of your role
• Flexibility to work assigned hours
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing
Anticipated hours: 40 hours per week
