Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring each client feels valued and understood
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently
Engage in outbound calling campaigns to promote products or services and generate new leads
Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions using standard office tools
Communicate effectively with clients, and bilingual capabilities are a plus
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships and enhance customer satisfaction
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required — full training provided
Strong phone communication skills and comfort with customer interactions
Ability to work with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and organization
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
Willingness to learn outbound calling, data entry, and cash handling procedures
