We’re looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team and help customers via email, phone, and live chat. You’ll use strong communication and problem-solving skills to respond to a wide variety of client inquiries quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate has a passion for writing, excellent English language skills, and the ability to turn complex information into clear, simple responses. A successful specialist is curious, self-motivated, thrives in a learning environment, and is driven to satisfy customers.
This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.

What you will be doing:
Handle and resolve customer inquiries via email and chat while meeting quality and productivity targets
Write clear, well-structured responses to complex customer questions with precision and accuracy
Use your knowledge of software and systems to assist customers with technical issues
Extract and identify relevant details from customer communications
Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and understanding, providing solutions that improve the customer experience
Stay organized and follow established processes
Collaborate effectively within a team environment
Continuously learn and deepen your knowledge of our products and services
Skills/background needed:
Exceptional writing skills with strong English language command
Experience in a customer-facing role, or a relevant degree in communications
Comfortable using multiple software applications and learning new technology quickly
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to explain complicated ideas in simple, clear language
Composure and politeness when handling customer interactions
Full training provided – no prior experience with our systems required
