We are looking for a friendly, helpful Chat Support Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position where you’ll work from home assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.

About the role:
As a Chat Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via email, phone calls, and live web chat. Your main goal is to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, answer product-related questions, and provide support for pre- and post-sale concerns. You’ll work to resolve issues in as few interactions as possible, maintain detailed records, and ensure every customer receives professional, friendly service.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live web chat
• Providing product information and resolving customer issues
• Processing warranty requests and returns
• Capturing sales opportunities when appropriate
• Following company procedures and maintaining compliance
• Responding to web chats promptly
• Managing your time effectively and handling multiple priorities
• Maintaining a professional, positive attitude in all customer interactions
Skills/background needed:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage your time well and stay organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn new software systems quickly
• A friendly, helpful attitude and genuine desire to assist customers
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple tasks
Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required. Full training will be provided.
