This is a fully remote, permanent position open to applicants worldwide. You’ll work flexible shifts across day, evening, and overnight hours, with the ability to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
What You’ll Be Doing
Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels, using each brand’s unique voice and tone.
Write thoughtful, engaging content designed to spark conversations and build community.
Keep online communities safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
Escalate important issues, insights, or trends to the wider team as needed.
Become an extension of client brands by understanding their strategy, audience, and communication style.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Essential:
Strong written English communication skills with attention to spelling, grammar, and clarity.
Experience using major social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube for personal or professional purposes.
Ability to adapt your writing tone for different audiences and brand voices.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a genuine customer service mindset.
Willingness to engage with diverse content topics including tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, and more.
Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work.
Nice to have:
Prior experience moderating or managing social media communities.
No prior experience required—full training will be provided to help you succeed.

Role Details
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract type: Permanent, full time.
Shifts: This role requires flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including days (8AM–4PM), evenings (4PM–12AM), and overnights (12AM–8AM) in North American Central Time, with availability for weekends.
Location: Open to applicants worldwide. You’ll work fully remote.
