You’ll take the work being built and share it with the world in a way that makes people stop, pay attention, and want to be part of it. Not by copying the same message across platforms, but by finding the stories worth telling and knowing exactly how to present them on each social channel to reach the right audience.
As a Social Media Manager, you will own the organic social presence end to end. You are someone who believes in what the company is building and has the skill to make others believe it too.
What you’ll do:
Lead social strategy from concept to impact. From ideation and drafting to publishing and measuring results, you own the entire process. You’ll decide what’s worth saying, when, and where.
Create content built for social platforms. You’ll develop original content and new formats designed specifically for social, not just repurposed blog posts or announcements.
Adapt existing work into clear, compelling stories tailored to each platform. This means reformatting and contextualizing content so it lands well wherever you post it.
Build resources that make it easy for team members to share company updates on their own social channels in a consistent and genuine way.
Find and contribute to relevant conversations. Whether it’s a discussion thread where your perspective belongs or a trending moment where your company’s story is relevant, you’ll spot those opportunities and use them.
Set performance benchmarks and use data to guide your decisions. You’ll establish platform-specific targets in your first 60 days and let the results shape what you post, where, and how often.
In a typical week, you might:
Develop and launch a new social-native content concept designed for a specific platform and audience.
Edit a product demo or interview into short-form content for a particular social channel.
Conduct impromptu video interviews with team members about new projects or company updates.
Gather original footage and behind-the-scenes content to share with your audience.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop content for product launches or announcements.

A strong understanding of how content performs across different social platforms and why each one requires a different approach.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills. You can turn complex ideas into posts that make people stop scrolling.
Ability to adapt the same idea into multiple formats while keeping the message clear.
