Roles: You will develop and execute social media and marketing strategies across multiple platforms. You’ll create, curate, and manage content including images, video, and written material. You’ll monitor social media trends and apply new tools to expand reach. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and respond to community inquiries to build positive relationships. You’ll also design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and email newsletters, coordinate campaigns and special events, conduct market research to identify new opportunities, and track marketing budgets to ensure cost effectiveness.
What we’re looking for: You should have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. You’ll need at least 2 years of experience in marketing and social media management. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences. You should be organized, proactive, and creative, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs is helpful but not required. Familiarity with SEO strategies, data reporting tools, and video editing software is a bonus.
