We’re looking for a creative and organised coordinator to join our content and marketing team. You’ll help develop engaging stories and content across social media, email, websites, and other channels. This role involves content creation, copywriting, project coordination, and supporting the day-to-day marketing needs of the organisation.
You’ll work closely with the content team to translate organisational priorities and community stories into clear, engaging content. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and support as you develop your skills.
What you’ll be doing:
Content Development & Storytelling
Support the creation of compelling stories by gathering information, coordinating with team members, and drafting content for multiple audiences. Develop written and graphic content for social media, email, websites, print materials, and other marketing channels. Help draft press releases, announcements, and other communications materials as needed.
Creative Content & Campaign Support
Help develop and adapt content for different formats and channels. Respond to marketing requests, clarify what’s needed, gather information, and complete assigned work. Collaborate with the team to develop creative campaigns and identify content gaps across the organisation.
Content Repurposing & Asset Organisation
Look for opportunities to repurpose existing content across different channels to reach more people. Help coordinate photo and video shoots, including scheduling and organising materials. Maintain and organise the team’s creative asset system, ensuring photos, videos, graphics, and templates are properly stored and labelled. Collect and coordinate assets from internal teams and partners.
Design & Production Support
Provide basic graphic design assistance for social media graphics, presentation materials, event materials, and other digital assets. Help prepare materials for design and publication. Support the team in coordinating timelines, revisions, and final delivery of creative work.
