About the role
We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to help develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with marketing and design teams to create engaging campaigns, grow our audience, and build a strong online community. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone eager to learn social media management from the ground up.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily social media operations across all company channels
• Respond to comments, messages, and community feedback to foster engagement
• Plan and organize community events, including live sessions and Q&A sessions
• Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance data to identify trends
• Create a content calendar and develop creative posts, captions, and visual content
• Stay informed about industry trends to inspire fresh community strategies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging
Skills/background needed
• Enthusiasm for social media and online community building
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Basic experience with social media analytics and insights
• Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt tone for different audiences
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new tools and platforms
• No prior professional experience required – full training provided
