About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our LinkedIn presence across multiple markets. You will plan, write, and schedule content that speaks to a professional, business-focused audience. You’ll also play a key part in welcoming customers and visitors to our facilities, giving tours and explaining our products in clear, everyday language.
This is a hands-on role that combines content creation with direct customer interaction. You’ll work with regional teams to ensure content fits local markets, track how posts perform, and capture photos and videos during facility tours and company events.
What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain a content calendar that aligns with product launches, industry events, and marketing campaigns
• Create posts that blend company news, product information, customer stories, and relevant industry topics
• Monitor engagement, reach, and follower growth, then use those insights to refine your content approach
• Work with regional sales and marketing team members to source local stories and ensure content is appropriate for each market
• Lead facility tours for customers and prospects, explaining products and manufacturing processes in accessible, easy-to-understand terms
• Capture photos and videos during tours, customer visits, events, and on our production floor for use across social media and web channels
• Write and update website copy as needed, including product pages, news articles, and landing pages
• Apply brand voice and visual standards consistently across all content
Skills and Background Needed
• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business, with LinkedIn experience preferred
• Strong writing and editing abilities, with the skill to adjust tone and approach for different regions and audiences
• Comfort presenting in person to customers and visitors, plus the ability to explain technical topics in simple language
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Basic photo and video skills, including the ability to capture and do light editing
• Ability to work on-site at our main headquarters
Nice to Have
• Background in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or another technical industry
• Experience with marketing platforms and digital asset management systems
• Short-form video production experience for social media
• Experience working with international or multi-region marketing teams
