About the Role
This is a part-time position perfect for someone starting their career in social media management. You’ll be working to build and maintain a dynamic social media presence, coordinate with a small team, and help create engaging content that connects with real audiences. No prior professional experience required—full training is provided, and you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Team Support and Content Publishing
Coordinate with team members to schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
Help manage timelines and ensure content goes live on time.
Work with supervisors to address any issues or questions that come up.
Analytics and Reporting
Track social media performance and engagement data each month.
Share findings with your supervisor and suggest ideas for improvement.
Content Quality and Brand Consistency
Review all social media posts to ensure they align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Schedule posts and help publish them across channels.
Help maintain a consistent tone and voice in all communications.
Creating and Engaging
Help develop engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
Respond to followers and help build community online.
Research current social media trends and suggest new ideas for engagement.
Provide input to team members on best practices and content quality.
Event Coverage and Support
Attend events and capture video or photo content as needed.
Help with promotional materials and other team support tasks.
Skills and Background Needed
You don’t need formal experience to apply. We’re looking for someone who is:
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Creative and enthusiastic about social media.
A strong communicator who works well with others.
Able to handle feedback positively and solve problems.
Comfortable with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and breaks.
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), communications, or business operations is helpful but not required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
