In this role, you will create and manage engaging content across social platforms, working from home to build and nurture online communities. No prior experience necessary – full training provided.
Duties
Create high-quality, engaging posts and comments that resonate with target audiences while adhering to community guidelines and platform policies
Monitor community discussions actively, respond thoughtfully to comments, and foster positive interactions among members
Assist in developing content proposals and campaigns aligned with community interests
Draft, edit, and organize content efficiently using standard productivity tools
Skills/background needed
Comfortable and active on social media platforms
Strong written communication skills
Ability to engage authentically with online communities
Attention to detail and willingness to follow community guidelines
No experience required – we provide full training for entry-level candidates
