Roles: As a Social Media & Content Coordinator, you’ll support the creation and management of engaging social media content across multiple platforms. You’ll work with a collaborative team to develop, edit, and publish posts that connect with audiences, monitor performance, and stay on top of emerging trends in social media.
What you’ll do:
Social Media & Content Creation
Help develop, write, and edit engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, email, and websites tailored to target audiences. Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing posts across various platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Support the planning and execution of content marketing campaigns to drive engagement and reach.
Community & Engagement
Actively manage and engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally. Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights to help improve strategies and results. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Planning & Organisation
Maintain and update content calendars to ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to align content strategies with business goals. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.
Research & Optimisation
Research social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest for optimization purposes. Conduct basic search engine optimization research and implement best practices for various websites. Assist in reporting on campaign performance and outcomes.
Website Support
Assist in maintaining and updating website content. Support writing copy for new web pages. Perform quality assurance checks on your own work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent role.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training will be provided. You should be comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly, have a genuine interest in social media and digital content, and enjoy working as part of a team. Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn is helpful but not essential. Basic skills with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office are a plus. A passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices is important for this role.
