About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and creative junior social media operator to join our on-site team. In this role, you’ll support social media campaigns, content operations, and community engagement across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to execute campaigns that connect with millions of users. Responsibilities
• Support the execution of social media campaigns in coordination with creator partnerships• Draft, schedule, and publish posts across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter• Monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments, and support community engagement• Collect, organize, and review creator deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign goals• Track content performance metrics and help prepare reports for internal teams• Stay informed about social media trends, formats, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to campaigns• Provide administrative support for creator collaborations and cross-team initiatives
Skills/background needed
• Around 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields (internships or academic projects also considered)• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content styles, especially TikTok and Instagram• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks• Creative mindset with curiosity for trends and new formats• Team player with willingness to learn and grow• Based on-site at the workplace (5 days per week)
