We’re looking for a detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This is a great opportunity to launch your career in digital marketing while working from home.
In this role, you’ll support our marketing efforts by managing social media campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams. You’ll help track how our social media content performs, prepare reports on what’s working, and suggest improvements based on the data. This is a hands-on position where you’ll learn the full lifecycle of a marketing campaign—from planning through execution and measurement.
What You’ll Do:
• Plan and manage social media campaign schedules across platforms
• Collect and analyze data to measure campaign success and track engagement
• Work with internal teams to develop messaging and campaign ideas
• Organize and present marketing reports to leadership
• Track client feedback and engagement to improve future campaigns
• Assist with planning marketing events and materials
• Use a CRM system to maintain customer and campaign data
• Collaborate with external partners on marketing initiatives
Skills/background needed:
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or similar software
• Ability to organize information clearly and present findings to others
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Basic understanding of how to track and measure campaign performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
• Customer service background is helpful but not required
Experience:
No prior marketing experience is necessary. We welcome candidates from any background who are eager to learn. Any experience in customer service, sales, or promotional work is a plus, but full training will be provided on all tools and processes specific to this role.
