About the role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in content creation, social media management, and digital communication from the ground up. No prior experience is necessary – we’ll provide full training.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Developing and managing social media content calendars across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Creating engaging digital content using accessible design and editing tools
• Monitoring and analysing social media performance to measure engagement and growth
• Supporting the oversight of multiple social media accounts and ensuring consistent branding across all channels
• Collaborating with other team members and departments on digital projects and campaigns
• Assisting with graphic design and visual content creation
• Managing website content updates and digital asset organisation
• Working with student team members and supporting their development
Skills/background needed:
• Enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) – or willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Google Docs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Organised, with good time management
• Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evening and weekend hours
• Reliability and a professional approach
• A team player who can also work independently
