About this role
We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this fully remote position, you’ll lead social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms, working closely with creative and brand teams to build engaging communities and drive meaningful consumer conversations.

What you’ll do
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others
• Plan and manage content calendars for regular posts and influencer collaborations
• Lead community management activities, responding to followers and building positive interactions
• Collaborate with team members across strategy, analytics, and communications to ensure all content is data-driven and aligned with brand goals
• Stay current with social media trends and share insights with the wider organization
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement
• Manage paid social initiatives and boost organic content to maximize reach
• Work cross-functionally to develop creative activations and campaigns that drive engagement
Skills and background we’re looking for
• Passion for social media and a natural curiosity about emerging trends and platforms
• Comfort working with data—you enjoy analyzing metrics and turning insights into actionable strategies
• Experience across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with teams
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Interest in learning new tools and technologies
