About this role
We’re looking for a Short-Form Content Producer & Strategist to transform raw footage into engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll develop creative concepts, produce high-volume content daily, and work closely with our team to identify winning formats.
What you’ll do
• Produce approximately 5 short-form videos per day from raw footage and interviews
• Develop creative ideas, hooks, formats, and angles based on current platform trends
• Edit and optimise content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Research successful creators and formats across different content niches and adapt winning strategies
• Use AI-assisted tools to streamline research, brainstorming, and production workflows
• Monitor content performance metrics and identify top-performing concepts for testing
• Manage your own content workflow and coordinate with other team members as needed
• Collaborate directly with leadership and cross-functional teams
Skills and background needed
• Demonstrable experience creating short-form content with measurable engagement or performance results
• Strong working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts platform mechanics
• Instinctive understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and audience retention techniques
• Ability to work at speed and deliver high-volume output while maintaining quality standards
• Comfortable creating original concepts and executing final edits independently
• Strong familiarity with current internet culture and trending topics
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and experienced working with large amounts of source material
Nice to have
• Experience across multiple content categories and creator styles
• Background working with performance marketing or paid social teams
• Experience supervising or delegating editing work to other team members
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application
