• Stay on top of emerging trends and adapt content strategy accordingly
Reporting and optimization:
• Track key performance metrics and share insights weekly
• Recommend improvements based on what’s working
• Continuously iterate and refine content approach
Skills and background needed

• Comfort using video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Express
• Ability to direct others on camera and make them feel relaxed and confident
• Strong understanding of what trends are gaining traction on social platforms
• Self-driven and able to work independently without constant direction
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Bonus experience:
• Background in wellness, beauty, hospitality, or health-related content
• Experience with content planning tools like Notion or scheduling platforms
• Active personal social media accounts you’re proud to showcase
