About the role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our LinkedIn presence across multiple regional markets. This is a hands-on position where you’ll plan, write, and schedule content for a global professional audience, while also representing the company during in-person facility tours for visiting customers and prospects.

You’ll be the voice of the company on social media, creating engaging posts about company news, products, customer stories, and industry insights. You’ll also capture photos and videos during facility tours, events, and visits to use across social and web channels, and help write and update website copy as needed.

No prior experience is strictly required—we provide full training on all our tools and processes. What matters is that you’re a confident writer, comfortable learning how to manage social media accounts, and happy to meet and engage with customers in person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, write, and schedule posts for regional LinkedIn pages covering multiple markets
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, events, and marketing campaigns
• Develop engaging posts combining company news, product information, customer stories, and industry topics
• Monitor engagement and follower growth, and adjust content based on what performs
• Work with regional sales and marketing teams to source local content and ensure regional fit
• Lead facility tours for visiting customers and prospects, explaining products and processes in clear, accessible language
• Capture photo and video content during tours, events, and other company activities
• Write and update website copy including product pages, news posts, and landing pages
• Apply consistent brand voice and visual standards across all content

Skills/background needed:

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adjust tone for different audiences
• Comfort presenting to customers and visitors in person
• Ability to explain technical or complex products in simple, clear language
• Basic experience with photo and video capture and light editing
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Willingness to learn new software and platforms
• Ability to work on-site at the workplace location
