We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team and help build our brand presence across social media platforms. If you’re passionate about creating engaging content and connecting with online communities, this could be the perfect role for you—no prior experience required.
About the Role:
In this fully remote position, you’ll be the creative force behind our social media channels. You’ll develop content strategies, plan and create posts, engage with our audience, and help grow our online community. We’ll provide full training on all the tools and strategies you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar with compelling posts that resonate with our audience
• Optimize content using best practices like hashtags, keywords, and visual design to maximize reach and engagement
• Manage partnerships with content creators and influencers to grow our community
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a friendly and timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates
• Track social media performance and provide regular reports on what’s working
• Research competitor activity and industry trends to keep us competitive
Skills/background needed:
• Passion for social media and content creation (this matters more than formal qualifications)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva (we’ll train you on anything else)
• Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and trends
• Experience or strong interest in visual design and creative content
