Social Media & Content Associate – Entry Level (Remote)

We’re hiring a Social Media & Content Associate to manage our social media presence and create compelling content across multiple platforms. This is a creative, fast-paced role perfect for someone who loves storytelling, understands how social media works, and enjoys building engaged communities online.

You’ll work from home, capturing and creating content that resonates with audiences, managing our social channels, and tracking what performs. If you’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited about meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

Roles: Social Media Management, Content Creation, Analytics & Reporting, Community Engagement

Contract length: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible scheduling

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Location: Open to applicants worldwide. Fully remote.

What You’ll Be Doing

Social Media Management & Strategy

Manage our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok with strategic ownership of each platform. You’ll develop a deep understanding of how each platform’s algorithm works, what content formats perform best, and how to use Stories, Reels, and carousels to maximum effect.

Post daily content, maintain cohesive channel aesthetics, follow content calendars, and schedule posts using management tools. You’ll engage warmly with our community by responding to comments, direct messages, and building relationships with followers. Any sensitive inquiries or concerns will be escalated appropriately.

Content Creation

Create high-quality photos and videos using both professional cameras and iPhone. You’ll edit photos in Lightroom and videos in Adobe Premiere Pro to maintain a consistent visual style. You’ll also design graphics using Canva for social posts, event flyers, Stories templates, and printable materials—all on-brand and ready to go.

Experience with video editing and graphic design basics is helpful, but we provide full training for entry-level creators.

Analytics & Reporting

Review post and platform performance weekly, looking beyond likes to understand reach, impressions, shares, profile visits, and link clicks. You’ll interpret what the data means: why one post got 10x more engagement, what made another underperform, and how to apply those insights to future content. You’ll also track how social content connects to website traffic and audience growth.

Content Planning & Coordination

Work with team members to identify and plan content opportunities in advance. You’ll maintain an organized content calendar, coordinate shoot schedules, and think strategically about multi-purpose content: one capture session can yield a Reel, Instagram post, Facebook post, Stories, and blog material.

Asset Management

Organize and archive all photos, videos, and audio assets in shared storage with consistent naming conventions. You’ll maintain an accessible content library so the whole team can find what they need.
