We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented social media and content specialist to help enhance our online presence, manage public-facing communications, and engage with our community in meaningful ways. This position is responsible for maintaining and improving our website, managing our social media channels, and implementing content and public relations strategies that support our mission and promote our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, update, and optimize website content for accuracy, accessibility, and user experience
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, with an emphasis on Facebook, to promote engagement and growth
Create, schedule, and monitor posts, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to promote services, highlight staff, promote events and initiatives, and public announcements across digital and print media
Draft content and public communications that align with organizational goals
Produce regular newsletters for internal and external audiences
Monitor analytics and provide regular performance reports
Stay current on trends in digital marketing and social media
Skills/background needed:
Experience in website management
Strong social media management skills, especially Facebook strategy and analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic digital content best practices
Graphic design and/or basic video editing experience is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part Time to Full Time
