We are a growing company in the beauty and personal care industry, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic entry-level coordinator to join our social media team. This is an on-site position based at our workplace.

The Role:
As a Social Media & Creator Partnerships Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of social media activity, creator outreach and partnership initiatives. You’ll work with our team to strengthen brand awareness and community engagement. Your day-to-day will include scheduling content, monitoring social channels, coordinating with creators, managing product partnerships and tracking campaign progress.
What You’ll Do:
• Schedule and publish approved social content with accurate captions, tags, links and campaign details
• Monitor comments, messages and brand mentions; respond to the community and escalate customer service issues when needed
• Research and reach out to creators, affiliates and potential partnership opportunities
• Coordinate product partnerships by collecting creator information, supporting shipments and following up on content deliverables
• Maintain trackers for creators and partnerships, including deliverables, contracts and payment status
• Keep social and creator deadlines organized to support campaign launches
• Share weekly updates on posting status, community feedback and creator progress
• Manage multiple deadlines and conversations at once in a fast-paced environment
Skills/background needed:
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form social content
• Excellent written communication and organisation skills
• Comfortable communicating professionally with creators, customers and internal teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Interest in beauty, creator marketing and digital culture is a plus
• Experience with social scheduling, creator outreach or community management is preferred but not required
No prior professional experience is necessary – we provide full training to help you succeed in this role.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
