We’re looking for a creative, organized professional to help bring our organization’s mission to life through thoughtful design, compelling visual storytelling, and consistent branding across all channels. In this role, you’ll create engaging print and digital content that supports our marketing and communication goals. You’ll work on social media, photography, video, content development, and campaign execution under the guidance of our marketing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can transform ideas into effective visual communications, and is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Create high-quality visual content for print and digital platforms that supports our mission, programs, fundraising, events, and community outreach. Design branded materials including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, newsletters, reports, signage, email communications, and website content. Uphold consistent branding, messaging, and visual standards across all organizational communications and platforms. Develop and manage reusable templates, brand resources, photo and video libraries, and other digital marketing assets. Stay current on graphic design, digital marketing, social media, and communication trends and best practices. Create, schedule, and manage content for social media, email, website, and other communication platforms. Identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement across social media, websites, email, and campaigns. Maintain accurate, current, and engaging website content that aligns with our priorities. Capture, edit, organize, and manage photography, video, testimonials, and other storytelling content that demonstrates our programs, mission, and community impact. Collaborate with staff to gather program information, impact data, stories, and organizational updates and translate them into clear and compelling visual communications. Support marketing campaigns, fundraising initiatives, donor outreach, and community engagement through creative materials and communications. Assist with the promotion and execution of organizational events, including communications, marketing materials, and event-related coordination. Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, donors, sponsors, board members, vendors, community partners, and other key stakeholders. Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy, quality, and brand consistency. Support additional marketing, communications, and development initiatives as assigned.

Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is preferred but not required—we provide full training. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, are helpful. Basic photography, videography, and photo/video editing skills are a bonus.
