We’re looking for a creative, organized, and digitally minded individual to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, engaging with online communities, and helping clients grow their digital presence. No prior experience necessary—we provide full training and support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple client accounts
  • Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and help build online communities
  • Track performance and assist with social media reporting
  • Support email marketing campaigns, promotions, and event marketing
  • Write creative and engaging social media copy
  • Maintain and monitor digital client listings
  • Manage internal project schedules and calendars
  • Assist with website maintenance and updates
  • Support administrative tasks as needed

Skills & Experience:

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience managing social media accounts (personal experience counts)
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics
  • Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp
  • Basic photography, video editing, or content creation skills (or willingness to learn)
  • Website editing basics and familiarity with SEO concepts
  • Strong written communication skills

Bonus skills (nice to have, not required):

  • Experience creating short-form video content (reels, stories, etc.)
  • Graphic design experience
  • Photography or videography skills
  • Familiarity with project management or content planning tools
  • Experience working with small businesses, nonprofits, hospitality, or healthcare organizations
