We’re looking for an energetic and creative Social Media Coordinator to help build and grow our brand presence online. In this role, you’ll create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and track performance to connect with our audience everywhere. About the Role
You’ll develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to boost brand visibility. You’ll create compelling content including posts, images, videos, and graphics. You’ll manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools, monitor engagement, and track brand mentions and customer feedback to inform content planning. You’ll use design software to create eye-catching visuals and edit video content. You’ll analyze social media performance to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies. You’ll also collaborate with the broader team on branding efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Skills/background needed
No prior experience required. We provide full training on all tools and platforms. You should have:
- A strong interest in social media and digital marketing
- Ability to create engaging written content that resonates with diverse audiences
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn graphic design software (such as Canva or similar tools)
- Interest in learning video editing basics
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent brand voice across platforms
- Curiosity about social media trends and best practices
