About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Video Editor to work with our team producing engaging content for a variety of brands and businesses. This is an on-site role ideal for someone who loves short-form video, enjoys staying on top of platform trends, and is excited about turning creative ideas into polished, professional content.
You’ll support day-to-day social media management while editing video and photo content that helps our clients grow their presence across platforms. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll also gain exposure to administrative workflows and support operational tasks, giving you a well-rounded understanding of how a content and media business runs.
Responsibilities
• Assist with social media management across multiple client accounts
• Edit short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other emerging channels
• Edit and optimize photo content for social media
• Support content planning, posting, and organization
• Monitor performance and assist with analytics and reporting
• Collaborate with the team to execute creative strategies
• Stay up to date on trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates
• Provide support on administrative tasks including scheduling, booking coordination, and client communication
Skills/background needed: While experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation is a plus, full training will be provided. You should have a genuine interest in short-form video, a solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms, and strong communication and organizational skills. Comfort with learning new tools and willingness to support different areas of the business are important. No prior video editing experience is required—we’ll train you on the tools and techniques you need.
Bonus Skills (nice to have): Familiarity with video editing software, experience with photo editing tools, comfort experimenting with AI tools in content creation, or prior experience with office administration and client coordination.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent
