We are seeking a creative, organized, and growth-minded Social Media & Brand Coordinator to strengthen our brand presence, grow our digital community, and create engaging content and resources for our team.
This is an in-person role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into real marketing work. You will work closely with leadership to create content, support campaigns, improve how we are presented online and in person, and help ensure our team has polished, current materials to use.
We are looking for someone who brings both creativity and curiosity. You do not need to know every marketing tool on day one—full training will be provided. You should be comfortable learning, trying new ideas, using data to improve results, and receiving feedback as your work develops.
What You’ll Do
• Help plan and manage social media presence, including creating consistent and engaging content that grows brand awareness and community interaction
• Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and advertising channels
• Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, website activity, and marketing results to identify what is working and where improvements can be made
• Create brochures, sales materials, event resources, presentations, one-sheets, and other branded content
• Help manage and organize photos, videos, logos, templates, and other marketing assets
• Coordinate marketing materials for internal use, team support, customer outreach, events, and print projects
• Help improve the look, messaging, organization, and user experience of our website. Coding is not required, but interest in website and digital marketing best practices is helpful
• Support basic search visibility, advertising, and campaign optimization efforts
• Work with leadership to maintain a consistent, professional, and recognizable brand
• Bring forward creative ideas, review drafts, incorporate feedback, and help move marketing projects from concept to completion
Skills/background needed: Interest or experience in marketing, social media, digital advertising, design, communications, or a related field. Strong creative judgment, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Comfort creating content for social media, digital campaigns, print materials, or customer-facing resources. Familiarity with design, social media, website, advertising, or analytics tools—or a strong willingness to learn them. Ability to understand basic marketing performance, recognize trends, and use feedback to improve future work. Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude. Comfortable working in person with teammates and leadership, receiving feedback, and refining work until it is ready to use. A portfolio, examples of prior work, class projects, or social accounts you have helped build are encouraged but not required.
