We’re looking for an organized, creative Entry-Level Social Media & Content Coordinator to support our marketing team. You’ll assist with day-to-day social media management, content creation, and marketing initiatives across multiple properties and events. No prior experience required – we provide full training and support.
About This Role
This is a hands-on position where you’ll work closely with our marketing team on organic social media, content capture and creation, website updates, and administrative support. You’ll help execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and event coordination while maintaining organized systems and brand consistency.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Campaign Support
Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and event coordination. Help maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and creative assets. Coordinate vendor needs, production schedules, and distribution of marketing materials.
Social Media & Content Creation
Create organic social media content for assigned accounts based on approved calendars and brand guidelines. Capture photography and video at events and locations. Create short-form videos, basic graphics, and written content for social platforms. Maintain organized photo and video libraries and track social media performance. You will not manage paid advertising campaigns.
Website & Digital Support
Update website content, promotions, events, imagery, and property information as needed. Support email marketing efforts and prepare digital assets for websites, email, and social media. Proofread and quality-check marketing materials before publication. Attend events and property activations to capture content and provide marketing support.
Administrative Support
Maintain organized marketing files, templates, documentation, and digital asset libraries. Track deadlines, assist with workflow management, perform data entry, and support other marketing team projects as needed.
Skills & Background Needed
Strong writing, editing, organizational, and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic photography or video creation (mobile content creation is fine). Experience with Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, or website content management systems is a plus, but not required. We’ll provide training on all tools you need to succeed.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract Length: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Local positions available. This is an on-site role based at the workplace. Occasional travel to other locations may be required for event coverage and content capture.
