About the Role

What You’ll Do
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
• Help customers find solutions to their questions and concerns
• Build positive relationships with customers through clear communication
• Document customer interactions accurately using our support systems
• Follow company guidelines and best practices for customer service
• Provide feedback to help improve our products and services
