We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support Specialist. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing clear, helpful support through live chat conversations. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training to get you up to speed.
This is a dynamic position where you’ll develop real skills in customer relationship management, problem-solving, and communication. You’ll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment where you’ll have the opportunity to grow your career and take on new responsibilities as you develop.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Provide prompt, professional support to clients via live chat• Build positive relationships with clients and understand their needs• Work through complex questions independently and with your team• Prioritise multiple conversations and manage your time effectively• Follow up with clients and track issues to completion• Identify ways to improve processes and share feedback with the team• Maintain detailed, accurate records of all interactions

• Excellent written communication skills (clear, professional, friendly)• Ability to multitask and manage conversations in a busy environment• Strong problem-solving mindset• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable• Comfortable learning new systems and tools• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook (or willingness to learn)• Adaptability and openness to change• A genuine interest in helping clients succeed
