About this role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our client services team. In this role, you’ll support our financial advisors by delivering excellent service to clients and handling important administrative tasks. You’ll be the point of contact for clients, helping coordinate their interactions with our team while maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth account management.
This is a fully remote position perfect for someone starting their career in client services. You’ll receive full training and work alongside experienced team members who are committed to your success.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate client meetings, including greeting clients, preparing for appointments, and helping with required paperwork
• Monitor client accounts, research issues, and help resolve them quickly
• Review new account paperwork to ensure all documents are complete and accurate
• Verify that accounts are set up correctly and support operational teams as needed
• Track client information and account details in our systems to help with future interactions
• Follow compliance and risk management procedures, identifying and reporting issues on time
• Support company-wide projects and initiatives as assigned
• Participate in team meetings and product updates to share your perspective

• No prior experience necessary – we provide full training

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
