About this role:
We’re looking for thoughtful, detail-oriented writers to help train and evaluate AI language models. This is a part-time, fully remote position with flexible hours—perfect if you want to contribute to cutting-edge technology while maintaining control over your schedule.
You’ll work on a variety of writing and evaluation tasks that help AI systems learn language, reasoning, and quality standards. Whether you’re a writer, linguist, educator, researcher, or simply passionate about language and logic, you can make a real impact on how AI develops—from anywhere in the world.
What you’ll do:
Your tasks may include:
• Evaluating and rating AI model outputs based on quality, accuracy, and appropriateness
• Labeling and categorizing content elements to help AI systems learn
• Identifying whether content meets specific guidelines or quality standards
• Creating and writing prompts or questions for AI systems to respond to
• Writing responses to test how AI systems perform
• Rewriting text to improve clarity, style, and adherence to guidelines
• Summarizing longer pieces of text or data
• Transcribing spoken language or audio content into written form
• Translating text or spoken language between languages
• Gathering and organizing various forms of data for AI training and evaluation
• Ranking or ordering items based on specific criteria or preferences
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any field; humanities backgrounds particularly valued)
• Professional-level English proficiency (ability to write and communicate clearly at an advanced level)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow guidelines and instructions precisely
• Basic comfort with working on a computer and using web-based tools
• No prior AI experience required—full training and guidelines provided
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part-time, project-based, flexible hours
