About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You’ll respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence, helping to resolve questions and provide excellent support. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training to get you started.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer questions in a professional and confidential manner
Analyze problems and provide helpful solutions and information
Research and resolve customer inquiries within company standards
Work with our internal systems to find and extract information accurately
Build positive relationships with customers and coordinate with different departments to ensure requests are handled appropriately and on time
Document customer interactions and identify trends to help improve our service
Follow quality guidelines and meet performance standards
Skills/background needed: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Customer service experience is a plus but not required. We’re looking for someone with clear communication skills, the ability to learn new systems quickly, and a willingness to work independently. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are important. Fluent in English (written and spoken) required.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
