About the role
You’ll work as a live chat agent, providing friendly and professional support to members and healthcare providers. Your main responsibility is to help people navigate their insurance benefits, answer questions about coverage and claims, and connect them with the right resources. You’ll be the first point of contact for many customers, so your clear communication and problem-solving skills will make a real difference in their experience.
What you’ll do
• Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from members and healthcare providers
• Explain benefits, coverage details, claims processes, and authorization requirements in a clear and helpful way
• Research and resolve issues by working with different teams
• Document all interactions and follow up to ensure problems are fully resolved
• Help coordinate care by connecting members with the services and referrals they need
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all privacy and compliance guidelines
• Manage multiple conversations while keeping accurate records
