Role: Chat Support Representative
About the role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking support and assistance. Working from home, you’ll handle customer inquiries via chat and phone, provide accurate information, and resolve issues professionally. You’ll work with a variety of stakeholders and play a key role in creating a positive customer experience.
What you’ll do
- Manage inbound chat and phone conversations in a timely, professional manner
- Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Develop expertise in the products and services you’ll support
- Maintain composure and manage emotions, even in challenging situations
- Follow quality guidelines to ensure excellent support for every customer
- Accurately document information and interactions for tracking and analysis
- Adapt flexibly to a constantly changing environment
- Meet departmental performance metrics and service standards
- Demonstrate strong time management and team collaboration skills
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred, though not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems at once
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Willingness to accept feedback and handle stressful situations effectively
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable work ethic
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese) are a plus
Technical requirements for working from home
- Reliable internet connection with download speeds of at least 40 MB and upload speeds of at least 10 MB
- Home router with a wired Ethernet connection (wireless and hotspots are not suitable)
- A dedicated workspace or office area to maintain confidentiality
- Smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit available on site
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Location: Fully remote – work from anywhere
