Position Summary:
Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients through live chat, email, and other communication channels. You’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain detailed records of all interactions. This is a full-time, work-from-home role with flexible scheduling options.

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels with professionalism and care
• Follow provided guidelines and scripts to ensure consistent, high-quality service
• Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
• Support multiple programmes and adapt quickly when priorities shift
• Attend regular feedback sessions and implement guidance from your team
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring enthusiasm to every customer interaction
Skills/background needed:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional when handling customer concerns
• Comfortable working from a computer for extended periods
• Willingness to learn new software systems (full training provided)
• Reliable attendance and a flexible approach to scheduling
• Basic computer skills including Windows and Microsoft Office
• Customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help people
• No prior experience required—we provide comprehensive training for entry-level candidates
Nice to have:
• Previous customer service or contact centre experience
• Familiarity with live chat, email support, or similar platforms
• Experience in fast-paced environments handling multiple tasks
